No, you do not need a permit to place a dumpster on your property. You do need a permit in some cities and towns to place a dumpster on a public road. You have to check with your city or town officials to see if that applys to your city or town.
We delivered on a first come first serve basis. Generally if you need a dumpster on a certain day, it’s best to call a week or two ahead. Generally delivery times are between 8:00am and 2:00pm.
Ideally, you should book a rental dumpster 1 week before the delivery date.
The smallest size dumpster we have available is the 10 cubic yard dumpster.
We offer 10, 11, 12, 15, 18 and 25 cubic yard dumpster.
Dumpsters can be kept for 1 to a maximum of 7 days. Be sure to not block or park in front of the dumpster on pickup day.
The best way to figure which size is best for you is to look at the inventory going into the dumpster and then review our sizes and dimensions.Â

No, you can't fill the dumpster above the rim. Filling the dumpster above the rim may result in paying extra fees or off-loading materials.Â
If you exceed the weight limit we charge .03 cents a pound over the allowed tonnage for that size dumpster. Tonnage limit is on the price sheet.
Yes, absolutely! We can properly dispose of your Christmas tree.
You can put tires for an additional fee. The landfill’s current pricing is $8 for vehicle tires and $13 for truck tires.
No, we will only pickup what’s inside of the dumpster. We don’t want to take the chance picking up anything that isn’t supposed to go.
Yes but it’s best to know where any septic tanks are. Also just because it’s dry on delivery, it may be muddy seven days later on pickup… so as long as that’s ok. Once full, the dumpster plus the truck is going to weigh several tons, so keep that in mind. It may leave ruts.

Most towns have rules or require a permit to place a dumpster on the street. Once you have checked with your local ordinances, we can gladly place it on the street. We have a maximum of 7 days but your local ordinances may be less. Be sure to check with your local officials.
Yes as long as the gas is removed. The landfill will no accept hazardous chemicals.
The landfill requires TVs to be recycled but we can recycle them for free. We require you to let us know how many and must be loaded by the door.
Absolutely! We can properly dispose of any and all mattresses!
TV, computer monitor, wet paint cans or hazardous material, concrete, brick, asphalt, rock, dirt, gravel, ash or burn piles, tires, batteries and logs or stumps over 3 ft.
A few examples of what can be put in the dumpster would be trash, debris from remodels, garage and home junk, furniture, clothes, old toys, household materials, cardboard and paper, landscape and yard debris, garbage bags and much more!
We also accept anything with a compressor (Refrigerator, AC Unit, Freezer, etc.)

Dumpster should be hand loaded. No loading with equipment and dumpster cannot be moved once we place the dumpster.
